Fix error 3194 while restoring or updating to iOS 5 on any iDevice (ipod touch 3g 4g iphone ipad)

This is the only GOOD video that actually helped and worked on fixing that error and it is very good tutorial.

it might be easier for you to just follow those directions but get the last line there and the directory to get to the file just click on etc after driver then open up host

also keep in mind there i dont think there is definitive host file so idk if i could just show you mine but if this still doesn't work check and see if you have # before every line in your file if not add it in as the first character. if it doesnt work after that your file is damaged and you need a registry cleaner to set it normal which are also on the website but ive never tried them
also if there is a host.umbrella file cuz you tried the tinyumbrella server you can delete that cuz its useless and doesn't work btw
